How can I book tickets?

You can book directly with KX Tickets at www.lazarusmusical.com.

 

How long is the show?

The show is approximately 1 hour 50 minutes long. There is no interval.

 

What time should I arrive?

All ticket holders should arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance to allow time for venue staff to verify tickets and conduct bag searches.

 

Do I need to bring ID?

All NAMED ticket holders are required to bring valid photo ID, such as a passport, identity card, or British driving license. You may not be admitted without valid photo ID. Please note that there is a maximum of six tickets per transaction.

 

Where is the theatre?

There are two entrances to King’s Cross Theatre – the entrance for Lazarus is located on King’s Boulevard by Battlebridge Place, directly outside King’s Cross tube station, N1C 4BU.

 

What will happen if I am late?

Latecomers may not be admitted.

 

What if I need to leave the auditorium during the performance?

It may not always be possible to readmit patrons who leave the auditorium.

 

Is the show suitable for my child?

The performance is suitable for children aged 12 and older. Children under 12 years old will not be admitted.

 

Is the theatre fully accessible?

Yes – there is level access from the main entrance to the foyer area, and to row ‘M’ in the auditorium. If you have any specific access requirements, please call 0843 208 1848. There will be trained staff prepared to assist you at the venue, should you require it. 

 

Can I take photographs or video inside the theatre?

For the safety of performers and the enjoyment of all audience members, photography and filming of any kind are not permitted.

 

Is there a cloakroom?

There is not a cloakroom on site. Audience members will need to keep all belongings with them, and store them under their seat if necessary. For this reason, bags that do not fit comfortably under a single seat will not be permitted. All bags will be subject to searches by security.  

 

Is there a bar?

Yes - we serve a wide range of wine, beer, spirits, hot drinks and snacks. Food and drink bought outside are not permitted inside the venue.

 

Where can I park?

The closest car park is at St Pancras International, Pancras Road, London N1C 4QP, which has spaces for blue badge holders.

 

What if I’m having difficulty booking online?

Please call our web helpline, 0844 815 7141. The onsite Box Office team can be contacted directly by emailing [email protected].

 

Is there a booking fee?

There are no fees at all if you book online and choose the ‘print at home’ option. There is a dispatch fee of £1.75 for all bookings that are posted out or collected from the Box Office.  

 

When will my tickets arrive?

If you book online and choose the ‘print at home’ option you can print your tickets immediately, without paying the dispatch fee. If you choose to have your tickets posted to you, your tickets will arrive no later than five days prior to the performance. If you book less than five days prior to the performance, you will need to collect your tickets.

 

How do I arrange replacement tickets?

If your tickets have been lost or damaged, let us know as soon as possible. We are unable to post reprinted tickets, and you will need to collect them in person prior to the performance. Photo ID and the card used to book the ticket will be required to verify your booking. There is a charge of £1 per ticket for re-prints.

 

What should I do if I haven’t received an email confirmation?

Please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders. If your confirmation email has been delivered to one of these folders, please add our address to your saved contacts. If you haven’t received a confirmation email at all, please contact us at [email protected].

 

What if I want to exchange my tickets?

We can exchange tickets if you contact us at least 48 hours prior to a performance, subject to availability. We can only exchange tickets for those at the same or at a greater value, and there is an exchange fee of £1.50 per ticket. We are unable to post exchanged tickets, and you will need to collect them in person prior to the performance. Please note that you will need to return the original tickets by post or in person before we can issue any exchanged tickets.

 

Can I get a refund for my tickets?

Once you have purchased tickets they cannot be refunded, unless the performance has been cancelled or rescheduled. KX Tickets is not liable for adverse weather conditions, travel arrangements, or other factors that may cause you to request a refund.

 

Can I buy tickets for somebody else?

Yes. Please provide the name of the person attending at the point of purchase. If the named ticket holder can no longer attend and somebody else will be collecting the tickets, please contact us and let us know. We will not be able to issue tickets to anybody other than the named ticket holder without their verification in advance.
